Is it really safe for kids?
It's a gentle, water-based cosmetic with two ingredients and no alcohol carriers — no sting, and it won't stain skin. For any medical concern, always check with your family doctor.
Can everyone share one bottle?
The topical sprays are household-friendly — many families keep Sole Shield by the shower and EZ Clear Skin in the teen's room.
What about taking iodine as a supplement?

How much iodine do kids need?
Daily iodine needs grow with age: roughly 90 mcg for young children, 120 mcg for older kids, and 150 mcg from the teen years on. Most of it should come from diet. Before adding any supplement for a child, check with your pediatrician. Iodine Total Health will include serving guidance by age on the label.
Does iodine stain skin or clothes?
Our water-based formula does not stain skin, which is one of the reasons parents like it. On clothing, rinse any overspray thoroughly with water. Old-style iodine tinctures are the ones with the staining reputation, and that is not what this is.
