We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on the 90 Day Challenge Bundle.
Your 90 days start the day your order is delivered, not the day you place it. If you use the routine as directed and are not happy with how your nails look, contact us any time within those 90 days and we will refund you.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- The purchase must be the 90 Day Challenge Bundle
- The product must have been used as directed
- You must contact our support team within 90 days of your delivery date
You do not need to finish the full 90-day routine before you get in touch. If it is not working for you at week six, contact us at week six.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email contact@iodinepure.com and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Additional Notes
- Nails grow slowly, roughly 3mm a month, so visible change takes time. The 90-day window is designed to give the routine a fair opportunity, not to run out before you can judge it.
- Results vary depending on the condition and on how consistently the routine is followed.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
