Common questions from clinics
Do we have to stock inventory?
No. With our QR / direct model you hold zero inventory — patients scan your clinic's code and order directly, and you earn automatically. An in-clinic stock option is also available if you prefer.
Who handles shipping and customer support?
We do — payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, returns and refunds are all handled for you.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contract and no setup fees. It costs $0 to start.
How do we get paid?
You earn commission on every order tied to your clinic: 40% on the Starter Kit and the 90-Day Bundle, 20% on refills, subscriptions and sprays.
Are there wholesale options?
Yes. Every product has a wholesale option: buy at wholesale, sell at our MSRP in your clinic, and keep the markup. Pricing stays consistent for patients everywhere. The exception is bundling: fold the products into your existing services like surgeries and laser packages, and price the package however works for your clinic. Many partners include the kit as the take-home routine inside their treatment packages.
Do you handle refunds?
Yes. If there is ever an issue with a product, we replace it. Your clinic is never left holding the problem, and your patients deal with our team directly if anything needs fixing.
What if our patients need support?
We have dedicated support staff for exactly that. They keep patients on track with the routine, answer questions, and handle unique situations and scenarios as they come up. We stand by our clinic partners, and that includes standing behind every patient you send home with the product.
Does it work alongside our laser packages?
Yes, and this is one of the most successful ways partner clinics use it. A number of them no longer sell laser alone: the kit goes into the package as the take-home homework patients do between appointments. The laser does its work in the chair, the routine keeps patients engaged at home, and they show up to the next session invested in the plan. With wholesale pricing you can build it into the package price however works for your clinic. Our laser guide is written for patients if you want something to send them.
What about ToeFX?
Same idea. ToeFX is an in-clinic light therapy, and the kit is external cosmetic care the patient runs at home, so there is no conflict between them. Clinics offering ToeFX use the kit the same way laser clinics do: as the daily at-home routine between in-office sessions.
Can patients on Jublia use it?
Yes. Jublia is a prescription treating the infection, and our routine is cosmetic care for how the nail looks, so they do different jobs. Patients should keep their prescriber in the loop about everything they use, and timing the two is the prescriber's call. Many clinics position the routine as the appearance side of the plan while the prescription does its work.
Can patients on Lamisil (terbinafine) use it?
Yes. Lamisil works from the inside and needs a prescriber's supervision. Our routine is external, and the soak reaches under and around the nail where surface products do not. The long grow-out is where patients lose patience, and a daily routine keeps them engaged through it. We wrote a plain-language Lamisil guide you can share with patients weighing their options.
